My stay at Castille Paris - Starhotels Collezione was truly a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location near exclusive fashion boutiques and iconic Parisian landmarks was a major plus for us. The friendly and attentive staff, especially concierge Patrick, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, adding a personal touch to our stay. The Italian-French charm of the hotel, though not the newest, exuded a unique character that we truly appreciated. The highlight of our culinary journey was dining at L'Assaggio Restaurant, where Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati's menu presented a wonderful fusion of Italian and Piedmontese cuisine. The blend of ingredients, colors, and fragrances in each dish was a perfect symphony for our taste buds. The elegant tea room and bar provided a relaxing retreat during the day, and the intimate outdoor courtyard with its Roman fountain added a romantic touch to our evenings.The housekeeping and laundry services were efficient, ensuring our rooms were always pristine and comfortable. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly pampered throughout our stay.
